Although I spend most my days shooting high school seniors I love me some littles. I had so much fun playing with this little girl.
My little sis was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma when she was in her early 20’s. She got treatment, but unfortunately it came back a second time. It was a hard time for her and for our family to see my little sister so sick and have to endure so much. One of the side effects was her inability to have children. She endured so many things but always had a good attitude and counted her blessings with every trial she went through. She is my only sister and I don’t know what I would do without her. She has been so blessed with so many great selfless people who have served her, prayed for her, and helped her when I was so many miles away and I am so grateful for those people. But there are no words for the selfless, brave, and beautiful women who gave her the gift of motherhood. I am so eternally grateful for the birthmothers who sacrificed and were the vessel for my two beautiful nieces. To read more about her journey go HERE.
